When publish new post, this install of wp does not ping out at all

    When publish new post, this install of wp does not ping out at all, does not notify anything even simple tweet. What should last line of wp_cron be? Where is scheduling for pseudo-cron facility? This is the only install I am having problems with. Does it need anything added to htaccess or need to point a cron job to the file manually? Any suggestions?
