Widgets Won’t Display

    At this site I am running the Athlete theme (which the creator seemed to have no idea of what was going wrong) on 2.9.2. I’ve reinstalled both the update and the theme to make sure it wasn’t an installation glitch. The only plugin I have running is Askimet.

    The problem is, when I drag a widget onto one of the two dynamic sidebars and save, the data stays in the admin CP, but they don’t show up on the page. I’m not just talking custom widgets, I mean the Pages and Links widgets that come installed on wordpress.

    Ideas? Help! I like this theme and I don’t want to have to change it, but the sidebars seem to work fine on every other theme.
