I hope this finds you all well.

First of all here's my site; http://resilient-ms.co.uk

I have created my first ever WordPress site using the 'Thalliumity' theme. I have 4 small issues that are bugging me and I’m hoping you may be able to help.

1). Front page, three ‘Sectors’ – I’m looking to label them; I.e – to the left of the (Blue) ‘View’ button.

2). Front page, FlickR – I’m would like to remove this.

3). TOP Menu – When I click on the top, it opens the desired page however the menu bar dissapears?

4). TOP Menu – When I click on the top, it opens the desired page – I would like to remove the ‘Blogroll’ & the 4x download square buttons.

    Any help gratefully appreciated.

    Regards,

    Colin.

    Hi Andrew,]

    Thanks for your reply.

I don't think i have a child theme. I setup my site yesterday (new domain & hosting) installed WP & Installed the theme. Since then I have been working with the theme, content / images but no coding.

    Does that answer your question?

    Regards,

    Colin.

I'm sorry but as you are using a commercially supported theme, you need to seek support from the theme's developers.

The developers offer the theme for free with no agreement that should it require support or development that I must use them. I have read other support queries this morning that use free themes on this site. If I am forced to subscribe then i may as well hire a developer for 2 hrs.. or even simpler I will change to another theme. Thanks for your help.

The wordpress.org support forums are meant for the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org.

Fair enough, but it would not have been an issue if some one said 'just try this'... all the best!
