WP Stats stopped working since W3 Total Cache install

    I do not know if the two are related but the timing coincides.

    WP stats shows zero visits for last 3 days bur WP Useronline is showing 50-100 online at any time.

    Yes – I’ve got the PHP footer code in the theme.

    It was working for 2 years now now it isn’t.

    Anyone have any ideas?

    Miracle of all miracles – today it starts working again and is showing views twice what was seen for the last few months before stopping for 4 days and more consistent with analytics.

    Can;t help thinking this is someone’s bad idea of a joke.
