Importing from WP.com

Hi,

Just started on .org, but I’ve had a .com site running for a while – http://liveforfilms.wordpress.com

I’ve exported that file and it is about 40mb. However, I can’t import it to .org as it is saying the file is too big.

What do I need to do to enable it to import?
