a problem in the options of wp 3.0 mu

    I encountered a problem on this page wp-admin/ms-options.php
    where it says to tick “Add new user” -> Allow site administrators to add new users to their site via the “Users->Add New” page.

    I checked the box and I did save, but now I can not remove the tick
