Save Draft Hangs based on non random but odd reasons

Hello All,

For some reason when I try to edit my posts and hit the “save draft” button sometimes it just hangs indefinitely. Furthermore this behavior is not random, but for strange and specific reasons. For instance say, somewhere in my post I try to change a sentence from “I like cars” to “I like blue cars” it will hang; and yet “I like fast cars” is fine. Furthermore even though its very particular like this; its not consistent across posts. For instance in two posts I had, somewhere “Step: 1” and in one post trying to bold this and saving the draft will just hang; but in a different post is okay. I’ve basically been writing my posts in a really bizarre way; dodging whatever the “bad words” or characters are…its maddening. I tried CHMOD 0777 the entire wordpress directory to make sure it wasn’t a permissions thing but that did nothing. I also tried changing themes; turning off all plugins etc… any help you could offer would be much apprecated; thanks!
