RSS/FEED Element Removal Plugin?

I have been checking RSS validation and I’ve noticed some elements are flagged. One in particular is Iframe. Though it’s my boss who is doing it, and he wants it this way, he basically wants to remove the ‘iframe’ elements in the feed/rss page so that it’s not flagged when doing a validation at http://feedvalidator.org

Any suggestions? Plugins that remove elements that shouldn’t be added to the feed? Thanks!
