    Hallo,
I think it’s a theme/template question. What I usually do is by using list items and CSS. Or you can use this plugin http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/multi-level-navigation-plugin/ to do it.

As pauro suggested, a plugin like Multi-Level Navigation Plugin should do the trick. It is currently not possible to automatically add the categories to the menu, as they are not sub-pages of the Jobs Listing page.

I’ll be looking at creating a workaround for this in a future version, but for now, you need to use a plugin or theme that will let you manually configure the menu.

I’d like to help but I don’t have the theme (I assume it’s premium?). From what I see, the theme already have dropdown menu. So what you have to do is put a manual link (child menu) nested in [.children li ul li a] for the categories. the link should be http://sitedomain.xxx/jcat?=the-slug-of-category-you-want-to-link
I have done this in my site (still beta though) http://jobzania.com/
