How to add a code to all pages of a template

    hello
    How can i add a code to all pages of a template ? from the administration,or from ftp .
    my site is vyperlook.com
    but i was able only to add the code to the main page of the template.i tried to add it to Page Template (page.php) and Footer (footer.php) ,but the code is not showing .
