There’s not enough information to be sure, but you can add the script in question to never cache the following pages field on the page cache settings tab. Location of the iframe is not the issue. The fact that it’s loaded in an iframe should make it irrelevant to the cached page containing the iframe. Anyway more information is required to be accurate here.
