I’m having the opposite problem…. I can see my approved comments but I can’t bring up the thousands I have pending so that I can approve or delete them.
I posted this problem on the forum 3 weeks ago and never got an answer.
WordPress may be free, but at times like this, I’d rather pay for it and have some sort of proper Tech Support that I could contact and get unstuck from where I am.

Comments have stopped appearing in the dashboard on my blog. It says “no recent comments” but I have thousands approved since I launched the blog a few years ago.
I can see new ones under “pending” but all approved comments no longer appear. Any idea why this happened?
