I am getting hacked, but how?

    I have had a problem with a hacker putting sexual links in my header and footer. My Google adsense ads would come back with public service ads etc…

    I found the bad code, and removed it.

    Now it is happening again, and I have no idea where the bad code is coming from.

    Thanks for any help. Also I know that some versions of WordPress do not allow ads. This is not a question about the ads. This is a question about removing hacked links, and where are they on my page. I can not find the links, but they must be there. There is nothing wrong with my content.

    P.S. I have updated my pluggins, and I am running version 2.9.2
