[Plugin: Lightbox 2] Wrong order of the gallery images

I changed the order of the images in the gallery, lets say i placed the last one uploaded to the first place.
they are displayed in the right order in the post, but when i click on the first image (originally the last one), lightbox will treat it as the last one.
this is very confusing as you click on the first image and there wont be any right arrow on the right hand side of the image.
anybody going through the same thing?
in case this may be of help, im using the mystique theme, but i have disabled the lightbox option there.
