   I'd like to add quicktags to my comments page (i'm not using pop-up comments) so that people can add links, etc., to their comments. I'd like to have the little buttons for bold, link, italics, etc., but I'm not sure how I go about doing this on my comments template. Can anyone help me out?

   I've tried adding the following code to my wp-comments.php page:

   <script src="quicktags.js" language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript"></script>
   <script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript">edToolbar();</script>

   But nothing shows up and I get an error on my page.
