[Plugin: WP-Table Reloaded] Text formatting ala WYSIWYG editor for posts

I’m looking to break up a portion of my main content area into three columns, but the content that goes in them needs to be styled. For instance, I may want bullets or bolding; or insert images. I can do this using HTML, but my client cannot. Is there a WYSIWYG text editor (or whatever it is called) for this plug-in similar (or the same as) what one finds to use when entering the content for a post or page?
