Site loads with Not Found page instead of Blog page

    From the WordPress Dashboard, I go to view my site and it loads with this message:

    Not Found
    Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn’t here.

    It should instead load the Blog page, or some other page, but it doesn’t. How can I fix this?

    Please post blog url when posting the error. If your blog is new and there are no posts , then it will show not found message.

    There is no URL, since the site is in testing mode on my local machine. I will try creating a post to see if that solves the problem.
