    The relevant CSS is in your header file:

    #maincontainer .dtsa {
background:#B50D04;
color:#FFFFFF;
}

    although I suspect that this is an option that you can control via your theme.

    Are you in Magazine or Widgets mode? If Magazine, which option (1-4) are you using?
