recirculate older posts with comments

    I have a magazine style WP theme. Some of my older posts continue to be relevant especially when people leave comments and rate the post.

    I am wondering if there is a way (plugin etc..)to refresh the post when someone makes a comment. By “refresh” I mean to make it repost on the home page as if it we’re a new article. (Not, recent comments)

    Any ideas?
