[Plugin: WP-FacebookConnect] Comments login not showing up

I have two blogs. One I have successfully integrated FB-Connect. The other will not show the FB login on the comments pages. I have ruled out plugin conflict because the blog for which FB-Connect works fine uses the same plugins as the other blog.

All the settings for FB-Connect on both blogs are identical. The position of the PHP include in comments.php is also the same. I used Artisteer to construct both so there should be no weird mismatches in the templates.

I can’t figure out why it’s working on one and not the other, they are practically the same so there’s no reason for this. The blog on which it is not working correctly is http://www.jamestrory.com/blog. Thanks for any help.
