[Plugin: Register Plus] Passwords Problems!

I m using WP 2.9.1 and the last version of RP

My website users complain password problems soon after registration. I tried to simulate the problem and putting in 10 attempts simple passwords with numbers and letters. Failed 3 times. That seems an instability in the plugin. Any way to fix this?
