Sudden problem with pear

I upgraded php on my server, restarted apache, & now get a pear error in my sidebar:

Warning: main(): Failed opening ‘http://ns2.bigbold.com/digest/cb0acb467252/d41f09c6bfa0.html’ for inclusion (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear’) in /var/www/vhosts/wordpress/wp-content/themes/default/sidebar.php on line 60

the code is a simple include of an html file from another webserver.
