Not receiving notifications

Hi everyone.

So I have a client website that has her email in both the “Your Profile” and “General” settings area. But she doesn’t receive emails from the system, particularly when someone posts a comment.

Has anyone ever experienced this? What am I missing? I’ve installed/run many sites and have never had this issue.
