How to Remove Post Author List in Edit Page

    I have a blog with 14K subscriber. However, those member bug my blog now. Because they are appear in Post Author drop down list. I have been remove it from Post New Page. But now I have problem to remove the list from Edit Page.

    Anyone can help me to solve my problems? Thanks for the answer

    I have found the solution. It is happen because I use contributor as default member role. When I return them back to subscriber their name was disappear from list.
