New template pages render blank in IE and Safari

At first i thought this was related to the Webkit rendering issue mentioned: here. But now i believe my issue is unique.

I already built the original site with a custom theme I made.
I then built a another theme that I loaded in a few months later.

All of the old template pages except for one, work in all browsers. One page though renders blank in Safari and IE (though the source is there).
I then tried that same page, but with a template that was working in Safari. Same results! Even though it’s with the working code?
Now when i try to make new pages, and choose working templates, it renders blank. So all new template pages are blank.

I would really appreciate the help.
