Users – more customizeable plugin?

Hi,

My band’s website is a WP-site. I’m looking for a plugin that will list my users. But I need to be able to manually set the order, as group, role, alphabet etc. will not work for me. I have to organize the users by “position”, as in which part they play in the band. Also, I need to be able to customize the fields, so we can put in the info we want (same fields on all users).

Also, I would like to be able to make groups, like this:
Cornet
Horn
Baritone
Euphonim
Trombone
etc..

Maybee I need to plugins, one for the grouping, and one for the profiles?
