download complete,but file corrupt

    I just downloaded the zip – no problem
    what tells you it is corrupt?

    Hi!

    I have a similar problem.
    I download the .rar wordpress file – no problem.

    But when I try and extract it I get the following two errors though the files do seem to extract.

    ! C:\Users\Glenn\Desktop\wordpress-2.9.2.tar.gz: Unexpected end of archive

    ! C:\Users\Glenn\Desktop\wordpress-2.9.2.tar.gz: CRC failed in C:\Users\Glenn\Desktop\wordpress-2.9.2.tar.gz. The file is corrupt

    I have tried redownloading etc. but always seem to get the same error.

    Any ideas?

    I’ve tried downloading 2.9.2 eight times on two different computers and with Firefox and Safari. Nothing works. The files download at various sizes and none of them will open with either StuffIt or Archive Utility. What gives?

    Just downloaded .zip and .tar.gz versions. I didn’t face any problem to extract them.
