[Plugin: WP Super Cache] A few different errors I would like to understand and resolve

Below are the latest errors I am getting in the debugging list. Some of which I don’t know what they are.

1. Output buffer may have been corrupted by another plugin or this is a redirected URL. Look for text ‘ob_start’ in the files of your plugins directory. The started to occur recently and I haven’t added a plugin.
2. No wp-cache file exists. Must generate a new one.
3. others include missing tags etc.
I just don’t know where to start can someone give me a clue so I can make sure this is working. My site is loading soooo slow.
