Give users access to selective plugins

    Hey wordpressers

    i have a website with almost 2,000 members now and i want to give them access to a few selective plugins. The main ones being, statpress, feedwordpress and nextgen gallery.

    Is there anyway i can do this???

    I dont want to use wordpress MU as i have a windows server and it doesnt work very well.

    Please help!
