how pagination works in static page template ? who is marked as front page

here is my website I am working on .
http://jollyhits.com/classiads/if you click on its pagination pages, you will see it redirects to 404 page.
but if u click at this page , http://jollyhits.com/classiads/test-list/ , Pagination at this page works fine .
what is the problem ?
