Adding home page tab on menu with Thematic Theme

    I can’t seem to get this to work, I’ve already read a few sites that explained how to do it partially. Something to do with the functions.php in the thematicsamplechildtheme which I tried editing by taking away some of the “//”s which didn’t do anything. Please help!

    Now that I mention it I don’t see much of anywhere to modify the theme at all.

    You need to copy the sample child theme over to wp-content/themes, rename it, activate it, and then edit it. I hope that helps!

    Ah perfect! got it work. I hadn’t thought that the child theme was necessary.
