how do i create an rss feed for my wordpress site?

what’s the best way of creating a valid
rss feed for my wordpress site please.

i currently have the ‘page feeder’ plugin
installed to do this but i get the error
messages below when i go to validate the
feed it creates in http://feedvalidator.org/

is there a recommended plugin for creating
a valid rss feed?
