Shortstat gives stat in the dashboard and it shows both hits and unique visitors, references, search terms, platform, country, most popular posts, etc., etc.
[edit] but not per post is that what you are looking for?

On the left upper corner where it says “dashboard” in the dropdown it says “shortstat”.

It didnt work it said once i activated it that it was disabled and :
wp-content/cache does not exist: please make sure that the “wp-content/cache” directory is created.
please use your ftp browser to navigate to the “wp-content” folder and create a directory named “cache”.
