Can not exist both as archive links(symbolic links) and as real directories(folders), it’s one or the other..

erm. so if i remove one of it it will work?

WordPress rules do not apply to real locations..

If you have a directory called dogs for example…

    example.com/dogs

Then a page with a symbolic link matching, ie..

    example.com/dogs

..will not work, because real files and folders are given priority over the WordPress symbolic links…

You can’t have a real file/folder and a symbolic link point to the same place, think about it…. how could you use a URL and have it provide 2 different types of content? (how would it know which you want?)

Do you have something in those folders that needs to remain in place, i see you have several archive .html files in there, what purpose do they serve?
