Occasional stutter-scroll…

Hi,

Have an adapted version of Blix, with still some validation to be rectified, but one thing I hear of some visitors is that the scrolling stutters…
In FF, IE on Windows I personally do not experience this.
On my Powerbook, in Safari, FF and IE everything is fine too…

Big question: Where does it go wrong then? Can you please check and reply with what browser this happens under which OS?
