Trash Restore not Restoring

    Hello There!

    I have a post that is in the trash and I’ve “hover>>click RESTORE” on the link and I get the “Post Restored from Trash” message but it’s still there. I go to the EDIT page and the post isn’t there. It hasn’t moved from the Trash section.

    I’ve tried logging in and out, no joy.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – re-uploading the wp-admin and wp-includes folders from a fresh download of WordPress?

    That did it… I was using an auto-delete plugin that blocked the restore.
