[Plugin: Mass Mail] PHP Parse error on activation

When trying to activate the plug-in, I am getting a PHP Parse error at the end of the MassMail.php file (on line 180).

I am on IIS 5.1 (Win XP SP3) with php 5.3 on fast-cgi, mySQL 5.1.41 and WP 2.9.1
