• I have used for years the “full justification” option when writing text. Jagged right margins are just unprofessional and ugly. Today I updated to 3.5. Today justification stopped working in both the editor and on the site preview. I won’t know until Monday if it is also broken on the site itself as that is when the first new post is scheduled to release.

That’s a matter of opinion. Personally I hate full justification as it results in gaps appearing mid sentence, but that’s just a preference.

Instead of applying justified text when writing posts, what you could do is update your style sheet, so that all of your content is justified always.

You can do this by applying the style text-align:justify to your CSS.

Using the preview post, should tell you if your text is as you wish.

    Thanks for the reply.

    1) Preview shows the same trashed text.
    2) Applying that as a style to the document would hose up the non-justified text like bulletins and such.

This button has worked in the editor for a long long time. When you look at the text mode it has the justification code in it. This appears to be a wide spread interpretation and rendering problem.

Just an update. After I posted this there was a short lived update which actually fixed the problem as you can see by this post I made on 01/28

an update came out which I installed and as you can see by the posts made after that justification is broken again.
