Same problem here.
Renewed permalinks, changed several times with differing structures in fact, all to no avail.
In addition the google map no longer shows up embedded in posts either.

Thats down right bizarre. We did run into something like this during qa with one of our boxes, but none of the others. When we cleared cache on that box, the problem went away. I have yet to be able to reproduce it consistently. Thanks for the link, it will help us chase it down.
Just so you know – it links back to your page because the href is actually blank. =)

Thanks folks. At least it’s not something I’m doing wrong.
For reference, this is the events page on our site:
http://dwhc.org.uk/category/events/month/
This happens for me too. Looks like the href attribute of the Google Maps link is empty, i.e. href=””, hence why it reloads (or appears to reload) the existing page.
Seeing as the link is just a link off to Google Maps, could it be populated regardless of the limited information, e.g.
10 Downing Street, London, United Kingdom
Still makes the Google Map link empty. Any ideas?
