Autofocus archive page

Hi, I’m using a theme called Autofocus to share my photographs, and like to create a archive-like page just like this website did

with several navigations on the top right hand side, each page has little thumbnails in it and link to the proper page, how do I do that? how to create pages like this? thank you!
