The plugin looks awesome, but I can’t get it to work. Either it is broken, or I just don’t know how to place the code in the files properly. Either way, I think the plugin needs work. Most plugin just need to be activated, then the options set. It appears, and correct me if I am wrong, but in order for the plugin to work, I have to add code in several places. WordPress already adds avatars to my comments, but when I added the code for this plugin, I got two avatars, and neither one displayed correctly. I am disappointed, because this plugin appeared to do exactly what I wanted. Also, I had the same issues with the avatar directory and displaying the avatars correctly in the user list. I was reading through the comments and trying to figure it out, but I decided it would be too much trouble (with no guarantee I could fix it) and gave up. Great plugin idea, I just wish I could get it to work without so much trouble.

I would take this post back if I could. I think I have resolved one of the issues, and placing the code in the .php files is not as difficult as I thought.
