Can’t install, possible path problem

It seems that i have a very common problem, but i can’t solve it; i have tried everything i found at this forum, (check if the fields are correct, make sure that MySQL is running, etc…) but nothing works.
The problem is this. After running install-config.php i got a page with something like this:

I contacted my webhost provider and he told me that i have to reconfigurate wordpress because the path doesn’t exist. Can someones tell me how to do this or what can i do? Thanks.
