Decrypt Footer Please!

I’ve attempted every decoder website I could find, including all of the ones in the sticky thread here. I’ve got it to decrypt a bit of it, but not the entirety of it. Normally I wouldn’t mind (esp leaving in an ad for whomever created it) but for some reason, they encrypted stuff I’d actually need to change.

Any help is appreciated.
