Add thumbnail to random posts by category widget

    I am using the Random Posts by Category widget on my site and would like to be able to add a thumbnail from my post. Currently, I use a custom field to display thumbnails on my post page and have no idea where the code should go within the plugin file to get it to display the thumbnail.

    Help would be greatly appreciated.
