Nesting Pages

I know this topic has probably been addressed ad nauseum, but here’s my dilemma…

I want to nest sub-pages under the parent pages on the header of my site. I do not need every single child page listed on the header. This is clunky and unnecessary, and what is the point of creating sub-pages if they’re just going to be listed in the header anyway?!

I’ve solved the issue in the sidebar by uploading a plugin, but the only theme I’ve come across that has this functionality for the header area is inove and that won’t show up in the themes section after I upload it.

Is there another theme or plugin that will allow me to peoperly nest sub-pages in the header?

Any help in this direction would be greatly appreciated…
