WordPress India?

I came across a WordPress knock-off site today calling itself WordPress India.

Although they claim that they are “not affiliated with Automattic, Inc. or the WordPress Open Source Project,” the entire site is a copy of WordPress.org.

My question: Is this a legitimate site, or are they guilty of trademark infringement?

If they are, hopefully someone from Automattic or WordPress.org monitors these posts. If not, good luck to them.
