user management

Hello,

I’m currently looking for a plugin that will help with the user management.
Today, there is no way to handle simple task like listing last users registered or even to display user registered from a specific date.
Also it would be great to be able to see user that are waiting there registration email, to spot for instance problems with anti-spam.

Can someone point me to a plugin that may help with these tasks?
