sidebar problem can’t manage

Hi there,

I can only edit one sidebar. I have registered three sidebars. All three of them appear in the widget management. Only the first sidebar can be clicked and managed. When I hover sidebar 2 and 3 the mouse pointer changes but when I click nothing happens. The appearance of sidebar 1 clickable bar is different form that of two and three. check screen! Problem is with both FF and IE. In older versions of wordpress I could manage sidebar content.
