Bad Themes

i suppose a theme ticking all the boxes of this document could be considered a good one, although the debate is then open to graphic design, features etc.

i would also rate cross browser compatibility quite high.
and the code should obviously be valid.

further, there are the documentation of features and settings, easy adaptation and modification, optimized graphics.
