    If you view source, is the url correct ?
    If you paste the whole url into your browser’s address bar, does it appear ?

    You mean the picture only shows up when you view that one post? That’s because main page and archives use a different tag to display the text (<?php the_excerpt(); ?>). It strips out all html including images, links and formatting (italic, bold…).

    If you change <?php the_excerpt(); ?> to <?php the_content(); ?> in Main Template and Archive Template the image will (at least should) show up. More on what you can do with the_content in the Codex

    Well, here’s the answer. I was trying to post the picture in a comment. Works fine when i edit the original post.

    Ok, got it. Edited archive.php in the default folder
